Apartment reservation

  1. Please contact us for availability of the apartments that interest you.
  2. We will notify you when the availability of the apartment and its rental terms (price, reservation deposit, security deposit possibility of animals with surcharge, etc).
  3. The apartment will be reserved only upon receipt of the booking deposit. This deposit can be made in several ways:
    • Western Union (Offices throughout the world. In post offices in France. Consult the telephone directory in your area or www.westernunion.com). If you choose this method of reservation, we will be pleased to send you our contact information. This payment method ensures a reservation because the funds arrive immediately. Inform us that the transfer was carried out, by telling us the transfer number.
    • By bank transfer: our bank details will be provided on request. Please verify with your bank that your wire transfer includes all transfer costs. By faxing a copy of your bank transfer, your reservation will be done on time.
    • Mail order or money order. Reservation will be made on receipt of the mail order or money order.
    • A certified cheque.
  4. Upon receipt of your booking deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation (by fax, mail or by e-mail, at your convenience) and the coordinates of the apartment (address and telephone number).


Arriving in the apartment

  1. It is the owner or his representative, who will welcome you to the apartment. (Please inform us of your flight details: airline, flight number, date and time of arrival at the airport). Upon arrival at the apartment, you sign the contract for seasonal rentals (if necessary), you pay the balance of the rent and security deposit. This balance must be paid in Canadian funds.

    After these steps, you will receive your keys.


Insurance

  1. The owner of the apartment you rent, maintains an insurance policy for his apartment, but your property and personal values are not covered by this insurance. We ask that you ensure your personal effects.
  2. The tenant must purchase a minimum of $1 000 000 of valuables liability insurance, covering any damage that might incur during a fire, theft or accident of whatever nature, which could take place in the building.


Leaving the apartment

  1. You will take possession of an apartment where the household has been cleaned and will be again, after your departure. However, we ask you to leave the place as clean and tidy as possible. The cleaning costs of $ 45.00 an hour could be charge to you if the apartment is not left in an acceptable condition:
    1. The apartment must be clean (dust and soil)
    2. The sheets and towels used must be removed
    3. The refrigerator and pantry emptied of any food items
    4. The oven, refrigerator and microwave cleaned
    5. The garbage bins emptied


Other

  1. A list of rules and regulations will be provided to the tenant upon his arrival and the latter must undertake to respect them.
  2. Any accessory breakage will be charged to the tenant.
  3. the surcharge for animals is $ 300 per month, per animal.
  4. A security deposit equal to half a month's rent will be required upon arrival and refunded upon departure.
  5. A non-refundable prepayment of 2 months is required upon arrival, corresponding to the first and last months rent.
  6. The tenant must sign an rental agreement on his arrival, which will establish the condition of housing and accessories that are present.
